There is a lot of advice out there for people who want to feel better. Strategies, courses, techniques, and habits meant to make you feel well-being. They promise happiness, success, and confidence. But there’s a problem with most of the advice that’s available.
It doesn’t work.
It might work some of the time for some people. But I’ve spent enough of my life learning about things that don’t work and being frustrated by my lack of progress that I’d like to save others that same goose chase.
Self-help isn’t all bad. But it usually doesn’t come from the right place. Rather than using advice that works some of the time for some people, why don’t we look to what is universally true, all the time, about the human experience?
Instead of reprogramming negative conditioning into positive beliefs, let’s discover we who are underneath conditioning and belief. Instead of reading about wisdom and trying to recall it in crucial moments, let’s reconnect with the wellspring of wisdom that we have access to every single second. Instead of following steps to be productive and stay motivated, let’s get so familiar with our inner spirit that motivation isn’t even necessary. Instead of trying to solve certain feelings, let’s understand more about the nature of feelings and why we don’t have to fear them.
That’s what I want for you. That’s the direction our coaching conversations will point.
